Hello faithful readers....(or facebook addicts who click on updated notes!)
On Saturday, April 28th, there will be a car wash/yard sale going on to raise money for Meredyth Cann and Sara Medley's mission trip to Africa.
The yard sale will begin at 8am. And the Car Wash at 10am. Ending times on this are TBA.
The location for this is right out in front of the Lawrenceburg Physical Therapy building off of Hwy 44 (aka Woodford St.). It's located right behind the new Wal-Mart if you turn off of Hwy. 127.
You should definitely come out and browse the yard sale (at last check there was a chip bowl that looked like a sombrero that plays the "Mexican Hat Dance" - I mean who doesn't want that!?!?)
Also, stop in and drop off your car...you can even shop while it's being spotlessly and B-E-A-utifully cleaned. Donations will be accepted!
What's that....you want to help?
well, we need: car washers/car sprayers/car inside cleaners/money table people/yard sale monitors/ etc. We have people covering these spots, but any extra help would be greatly appreciated. So, if anyone else is interested in helping please contact Meredyth Cann at 859-536-780 or Me!
Also, and lastly, there is a raffle going on. Here are Meredyth's words about the raffle:
"I am raffling off a bird house. Really nice-hand made just for this- comes with a stand. $5 a ticket. I am also raffling a women's/mother's basket. Great for mothers day and birthdays. Here is what is in the basket- Gift cards for: Applebees [$50] movie gallery [$10] free oil change, and a free pizza at dominos. Decorative pillow, 3 books about being a woman of God [mentoring moms, Every Woman's battle, and Waking the dead] a Lawrenceburg Candle, 3lbs of Starbucks coffee, Victoria Secret lotion."
